The spacious apartment exceeded my expectations, comfortably accommodating more than two people. The check-in video was incredibly helpful and made it easy for us to access the apartment on our own. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the value for money was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, with a fridge, oven, and stove provided. The secure gated entry gave us peace of mind, and the location surrounded by mountains was breathtaking. It was a short stroll to the lake and there was a convenient shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Despite mentioning it was my first time encountering such a complicated check-in process and the requirement to upload personal information online, the host insisted it was mandatory. The air conditioning was not working upon arrival, and the manager initially claimed there were no other rooms available. thanks to the help of a fellow guest, we were able to move to a different room. The bathroom lacked privacy due to a thin wall that didn't reach the ceiling, and there was no designated parking spot. the apartment was far from the city center. I would not recommend this apartment due to the numerous inconveniences and lack of care from the host.
